As a son and designer, I continuously work on developing new furniture and lighting. A series of lighting designs that I will present at a later meeting.
Egeriis Collection is built on both my own designs and selected redesigns of furniture from my father, Aage Egeriis’ archive, which contains a number of strong and timeless ideas not yet presented on this website. In addition, a new lighting series and several new redesigns have already been developed and will become part of the collection over time.
The work on the Orchid Chair has continued to evolve, and I have since developed new versions that I feel are even stronger than the one shown here.
The collection can grow step by step – perhaps beginning with a single chair in production, followed by a lighting series and later additional furniture pieces. The ambition is to gradually build a Danish design brand with a clear identity, where new design and design heritage come together in a unified story.
